Steel-reinforced concrete fence posts, gravel boards and slabs, in stock and delivered across Gainsborough, Lincolnshire. No rotting, no painting, no maintenance.
Gainsborough is right on our doorstep. Our yard sits just outside the town, which means if you are fencing a garden, a new-build plot or a run of allotments anywhere around Gainsborough, we can usually get steel-reinforced concrete fence posts, gravel boards and slabs to you quickly, often the same week you order.
The heavy, damp clay soils common around the Trent valley are exactly why so many people here switch from timber to concrete. Timber posts sitting in wet Lincolnshire ground rot at the base within a decade; a concrete post set properly will still be solid long after the panels have been replaced twice over.

A quality concrete post will last decades. Timber posts rot within 10 to 15 years, especially in the wet clay soils across Lincolnshire and Yorkshire.
Concrete needs no painting, no treatment, no ongoing care whatsoever. Once it is in the ground, you can forget about it.
You will not need to replace posts every ten years or pay for ongoing maintenance. Buy once, and they last the life of your property.
Steel-reinforced concrete is strong and rigid. It handles wet clay soils better than timber and resists movement, leaning, and rot.
